What can we say? It's great on just about any meat or veggie.

Ingredients (14 half-pints)
  • 3 pounds peaches, peeled, pitted, chopped
  • 1 large red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 14 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1¼ cups honey
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp hot pepper flakes
  • 2 tsp dry mustard
  • 2 tsp salt
Instructions
  1. Combine all, bring to boil stirring.
  2. Continue to cook until thick - like BBQ sauce! - about 25 minutes
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Fill half-pint jars ½" head-space
  5. Water bath 15 minutes.
